Best Morning Coffee

Coffee is a luxury that most of us (including myself), could never give up. It's comforting, energizing, and delicious! When you consume clean organic coffee it cleanses the stomach and is beneficial for the liver. Unfortunately, drinking non-organic coffee often comes with many side affects including digestive issues, high blood pressure, rapid heart rate, and anxiety.

This coffee recipe uses Four Sigmatic coffee (my favorite is the Think blend with Lions Mane mushrooms). So, not only do you get the benefits from the organic coffee, but you also get the amazing and therapeutic benefits from the mushrooms.

This recipe has so many beneficial properties from the mushrooms, MCT oil, collagen powder, and cinnamon. The best part is that it's vegan and it won't break your fast!

1 C brewed organic coffee

1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

1 Tbs Laird Superfood creamer (my favorite is The Original and Pumpkin Spice)

Dash of organic cinnamon

Also delicious poured over ice with some almond milk!
